Yes! Handwashing is recommended but it is microwave and dishwasher safe, unless it is iridescent or has gold on it, which would be noted in the description.

First thing is keep the box the item was shipped in. Then you will need to file a claim with USPS. They will require pictures of the broke item and evidence of payment. If you need any help reach out and I will walk you thru it. I used to refund everyone and file the claims myself but I've filed so many the post office won't pay my claims unless I bring the box to the post office, which I of course don't have.

If nothing is listed then I'm currently sold out but busy making more things.
